Real Estate Valuation

Our Office provides services of real estate appraisal to both private and institutional clients. We prepare valuations of residential properties (apartments, houses, plots) and commercial properties (industrial, office, retail, warehouse), developed and undeveloped land (construction, agricultural, forestry, investment). Appraisals can be used for many purposes, including:

• to secure bank debts (loans)
• for establishing the selling price
• for the abolition of joint ownership
• for the distribution of assets
• for inheritance proceedings
• for tax proceedings (appeals against decisions of the Inland Revenue)
• for depreciation of fixed assets
• for making non-cash contributions
• to obtain compensations (eg. for the Bug River claimants, expropriation or temporary occupation of real property)
• for determination of the remuneration for non-contractual use of the property and for the establishment of transmission easements
• to determine the value of the property for perpetual usufruct and to upgrade the fees
• for the transformation of cooperative ownership right to the apartment into the ownership

Our appraisals of are prepared in accordance with legal regulations and professional standards. They may be used in investment, judicial, administrative or credit processes.

Our appraisals are accepted by Banks offering mortgages and meet the specific requirements for debt securing valuations.
